Automatic Closed loop Tension unit

FEATURES

1. Automatic Tension Program Function
   Wire tension can be programmed automatically from the winding program, just specify the tension value in grams.

2. Closed loop capability
   Tension Measuring System monitors actual tension value all through the winding cycle to keep the tension value correct.

3. Active feed back function
   This function reduces the tension caused by acceleration and deceleration during the winding cycle and the friction of the wire path so reducing wire breakage .

4. Display
   The current tension value is displayed on the front of the unit - no need to make an independent measurement.

5. Versatility
   Automatic tension program function eliminates adjusting time of the tension unit, and also one tension unit can be used for a wide range of wire sizes reducing changeover downtimes.
