FEATURES
- Our advanced technology has realized the high speed spindle rotation.
- The new gG2h controller for the next generation is installed.(Windows OS)
- Wire holding/cutting unit moves on the three axis control, therefore it can always take a position to help wire cutting, save wire, and adjusting time for other winding specification.
- Single tool transfer pallet is supplied for each spindle so that itfs available for every kind of numbers and pitch of spindle of machines.
- Loading/Unloading to the machine is Tanakafs own unique method so it reduces the cycle time.
- Every station can work individually so that a lot of combinations are available. Each station will be installed adjacent to the either side machine so it saves space.
- Optional devices. Nipper unit, Taping unit, Skeiner unit, Wire stripping unit etc.are available.
