The 400W variable speed induction motor with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control is standard on the AX-1.
Precise Traverse Control.
The servo motor control makes for accurate positioning and quick response even at high speeds. With a maximum speed of 80mm/sec., The AX-1 is suitable for most pitch winding applications.
Powerful Software Capabilities.
Programming is made easy through the on-line programming feature. The various winding capabilities include varying the pitch, winding width of speed during winding, progressive winding and pitch winding. The general purpose input/output (GPIO) ports allow you to sequence the operation of the winder with accessories such as hot air guns, skeiners, and others.
Traverse Correction Feature.
This feature corrects the traverse position when it runs ahead of or behind the wire.
Connection to a Personal Computer through the RS232C port.
This facility is used to up load and down load programs for infinite program storage capacity.
