MAGNET TENSION UNITS
FEATURES
- Because there is no contact, a stable tension is applied along the wire for a long time.
By using a ferrite magnet, there is little variation in the finished coils.
There is excellent tracking at fast winding speeds.
The back tension can be freely adjusted to allow for rapid change in winding speed or winding square bobbins without breaking the wire.
The tension is read directly off the dial, making adjustments very easy.
Each standard model comes with a wire break sensor to stop the winding machine when the wire breaks or runs out.
These units can be used with all Tanaka winding machines.
Because the back tension can be set freely in the program for coil winder models AW-8800/8600/9000 series and AX-10, there is no wire break when wrapping wire on terminals.
