FEATURES
  1. Positionning of X, Y and Z axes are controlled by AC Servo Motors Which Provide high power, speed and accurate positioning.

  2. The on-line programming and the position tracing functions make it possible to create a complete program in a shorter time by repeating the execution and correction of the program. Customers presently using our machines need not take extra training courses because the program is compatible with our multi-spindle models or AX10.

  3. The control commands for the electric tension unit are contained in the program. The commands such as "what gram tension at what number turn" or "automatically change the setting at acceleration, constant speed, or deceleration point" are also available.

  4. Trouble information and all sensor status displayed on the CRT ensures easy maintenance. The messages are available both in Japanese and English.

  5. Available options include: Wire stripper, Forming unit, Taping unit and Auto unloading unit.
